Graduate of Technical College of Chemistry No. 2 in Poznań (1967). Laboratory assistant at the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Poznań (1967–1968). Undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Economics, Faculty of General Economics, Economics and Business Organisation in Poznań (1968–1972).
Worked from 1972 at the current Poznań University of Economics (master and mentor – Prof. Józef Boroń) – until 2009 as a Senior Lecturer, and from 2010 as a Professor. Since October 2020, I have been retired.
My main scientific interests lie in the following spheres:
Management science;
2) Strategic Management;
3) Management systems;
4) Human Capital Management;
5) Management Science Methodology.
I am one of the main co-founders of the auditing company (1991 – WGA Wielkopolska Grupa Audytorska), currently Grant Thornton Polska P.S.A.
I generally value good work and independence. I try to look after my physical and mental fitness.
