Welcome to my webpage.

There are four key reasons why this Page has come into being, and its four sections were constructed respectively.

1. Academic & educational activity

This section presents my academic and educational accomplishments and potential. It contains a description of main areas of my academic interests, a list of major publications, selected texts (with the Publisher’s consent), as well as current teaching commitments.

I am open to exchanging experiences and potential cooperation.

2. Consulting

This section presents my experience and skills, particularly those developed after 1989. They are meant to build an image of my consulting potential at the level of business enterprises and groups of various enterprises, as corporate entities. To a lesser degree, except for human resources management, am I oriented towards operational management of individual business functions.

I do not reject the possibility of undertaking and solving new, interesting business problems.

3. Management systems

A management system is a necessary component of any enterprise. Together with the executive subsystem, it co-determines the effectiveness, profitability and economy of a business enterprise or non-profit activity. To influence such a system (create, operate, utilise and change it), one must first recognise it well. Awareness of the roots, nature, mechanisms, structure, etc., of the management system is far from sufficient.

This section is meant to be a platform of cognitive knowledge on the management system of social systems, particularly enterprises. It aims to help cognise this system and the principles of influencing it. I will elaborate this section after the content has been organised, which I presume will be after the second half of 2008.

4. Core

Our attitude to reality is a derivative of the combination of personal factors and developments in the environment. This section shows my views on the issues that I consider important. I will concentrate on my surroundings and issues of supra-individual significance in our country.
